Are you having a problem with some product of the Hipperquímica brand? Technical assistance will be supported via email or telephone and if necessary, a technical team is moved to the site.
Before sending the product to the factory, it is necessary to fill out the form through the SAC.
Defective products in warranty or out of warranty:
• If you receive a defective product in or out of the warranty please immediately communicate our assistance by forwarding an email to sac@https://hipperquimica.com.br or else, the customer may also contact you via telephone (15) 3266-4300.
• Many of the problems detected by the user can be solved remotely, so the product must be sent after confirmation (via email) of the SAC channel.

• It is imperative that the equipment is accompanied by the electronic invoice (valid) of shipment for repair. For companies that are exempt from state registration, they must inform the SAC to fill out the standard shipping letter of Hipperquímica;
Note: Equipment sent without the follow-up of the invoice is prohibited from being received.
• It is not necessary to include accessories (e.g. power supplies, power cords, silicone hoses, connections);
• The equipment must come without water (when applicable) and be free of any chemical residue inside it. It is essential that it is properly packaged to withstand the transportation of the site to Hipperquímica. Damage caused in the carriage of the repair does not guarantee.
